Following the release of their first three singles in 2024—Blondie Kitty Kat, Kiss Your Cheek, and Lust—tracks that set the tone for their vocal prowess, the distinct voice in their songwriting, and the diversity of their musical influences, they return in April 2025 to present X, their very first EP.
With this new project, Lorentz channels their desire to show different sides of themselves and to use music as a release. They explore light-hearted themes like friendship and sexuality, alongside deeper, even painful ones such as grief, trauma, and their relationship with their body.
This EP sketches the outline of who they are as an artist—reflecting influences that range from pop, R&B, and soul, with poetic songwriting, to rock and hard rock, revelling in the extremes of voice, distorted and saturated sounds, and a grungier edge. It’s a catharsis, reclaiming power over their body and identity, giving voice to their struggles and proudly flying the flag of their queer, non-normative identity.

Kiss Your Cheek is their latest single and the second track of their EP. It is in a much more melancholic atmosphere and with a deep tone that Lorentz addresses separation, longing, and trauma, without ever fully confessing everything...
Blondie Kitty Kat, the lightest track of their project, is Lorentz Ivorra's first single and the first track they ever wrote. A story of a friendship with one of their queer sisters, this track mainly showcases their funk influences that have always made them dance.
